6. Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service

Upon receiving your package, we strongly recommend that you inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, leakage, severe deformation, or signs of tampering on the packaging, please take clear photos or videos as evidence, refuse to sign for the package, and contact our customer support team immediately. If you sign for the package without inspecting it, MARS TERRA TRADING LIMITED will not be held responsible for any damage to the items inside.
If you discover product defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws, incorrect items, missing parts) after signing for delivery, please notify our customer support team via email (service@marterke.shop) within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the defect. Our team will verify the issue within 2 business days and arrange a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to reject any claims for defects that are not reported within the 48-hour window or are caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
